Our mission is to promote the economic empowerment of deprived women, specifically teenage mothers in our community by enhancing their technical skills for wage employment in the production industry.

We believe that with an improved economic status, women are more likely to be empowered in other spheres of life. A woman gains not only in terms of autonomy but also through advances in health and education, income, and safety. She is more likely to thrive, and so is her family.
